Cookie policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
We keep tracking to a minimum. This page explains the cookies HeyHuma uses, what they are for, and how to change your choice at any time.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed to make the site work; others help us understand how the site is used, or show us whether our own ads work. Marketing cookies are only used with your consent.
The cookies we use
We group them by what they do:
- Functional (always on): the hh_locale cookie remembers your language choice (for one year), and your cookie choice is kept in your browser’s local storage (huma-consent and huma-cal). These are needed for the site to work and do not require consent.
- Statistics (with your consent): Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* to help us see which pages are read most. These load only after you accept them.
- Marketing (with your consent): Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) set cookies such as _gcl_* and _fbp so we can see whether our own ads lead to booked calls. These too load only after you accept them.
- Booking: when you open the scheduling widget on the contact page, our scheduling provider may set functional cookies needed to run the booking flow.
- Plausible (no cookie): our main analytics tool is cookieless, stores no personal data, and runs without consent.
Managing your choice
You choose when you first visit, through the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using the button at the bottom of this page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
More information
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data more broadly, including your rights.
Manage your preferences
You can change your choice at any time: the button below clears your current preferences, after which the cookie banner appears again.
