Cookie policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

We keep tracking to a minimum. This page explains the cookies HeyHuma uses, what they are for, and how to change your choice at any time.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed to make the site work; others help us understand how the site is used. We do not use cookies for advertising.

The cookies we use

We group them by what they do:

  • Functional (always on): hh_locale remembers your language, and hh-cookie-consent remembers your cookie choice. These are needed for the site to work and do not require consent.
  • Statistics (with your consent): Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* to help us see which pages are read most. These load only after you accept them.
  • Booking: when you open the scheduling widget on the contact page, our scheduling provider may set functional cookies needed to run the booking flow.
  • Plausible (no cookie): our main analytics tool is cookieless, stores no personal data, and runs without consent.

Managing your choice

You choose when you first visit, through the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

More information

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data more broadly, including your rights.
