# HeyHuma > HeyHuma is a talent partner (not a recruitment agency) that reaches the exact people a company wants to hire — personally and under the company's own name — and books the conversations. Built by ex-LinkedIn employees. The guiding principle is relevance over reach. HeyHuma runs the whole top of the recruitment funnel under the client's own name: defining who they want to hire, building a small, precise target group, mapping each candidate's fit requirement by requirement, sending personal one-to-one outreach as the client (each message pointing to a personal landing page that tells the client's story), and booking interested candidates straight onto the client's calendar. The client only shows up for the conversations that matter. There is no public rate card and no per-hire percentage: pricing is a single scoped fee agreed up front.
